What is CSE Style?

The Council of Science Editors (CSE) Style Guide outlines different ways to cite sources in a scientific paper, including parenthentical references (similar to APA style) and numbererd citations.  CSE style is the successor to the CBE (Council of Biology Editors) style. When citing sources for a paper, follow your instructor's preferences.

The most current copy of this manual will soon be in the Reference Collection in the University Library.

For examples of CSE documentation, see CSE documentation guide at Ohio State University.
